Over the course of 5,000 episodes, Wheel of Fortune has welcomed more than 15,000 contestants, awarded nearly $200 million in cash and prizes and traveled and taped on location 56 times in front. Since the Very first nighttime show on September 19 1983 Vanna White and Pat Sajak have been the stars of Wheel of Fortune. They just completed the 26st season and of over 5000 episodes.
