Oct 01, 2019 NFL Handicapping Predictions – CappersPicks.com. Here’s the full list and rundown of our Free Against The Spread Week 5 Predictions & 2019 NFL football picks and schedule infoand plays posted on the CappersPicks.com blog.

Yeah, it’s gonna be a good a weekend.

Let’s focus on the NFL and get you ready for Week 5.

The biggest game of the weekend is in Dallas on Sunday afternoon where Dak Prescott and the Cowboys host Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. Steven Ruiz and Charles Curtis are back with their Week 5 picks against the spread and they are split on this one. Charles loves the Packers’ defense and Steven thinks Dak is going to go back to airing it out.

Something will have to give. I think the Cowboys roll at home, so do what you need to do with this one.

Either way, you’re going to want to look at who they like in all the games this weekend.

Week 5 can be a pivotal week for fantasy football owners as you might be looking to distance yourself from the crowd or maybe you’re trying to get your act together and make up some ground. Charles Curtis, our fantasy guru who knows what he’s talking about is here with his studs, duds, and sleepers. Find out why he loves Jameis Winston and thinks Geromino Allison could have a good day for the Packers.

Charles also looks at eight players you might want to keep or cut this week.

That’s a lot of good fantasy content right there.

Nick Schwartz, meanwhile, breaks down the latest playoff odds for all 32 teams. Dolphins and Jets fans might not want to take a look, but Browns and Bills fan should check it out.

Earlier this week I explained how Patriots fans got what they wanted but that it might not be good for the Patriots. Because now they have a new kicker and you never know how that is going to go.

And Steven Ruiz did a great job breaking down how good Patrick Mahomes is getting each week.

Enjoy the NFL action and all the other great sports this weekend. It should be a fantastic food days of eating horrible foods and watching tons of sports on your couch.

Thursday’s biggest winner: Chipper Jones.

The Atlanta Braves lost Game 1 of their NDLS against the Cardinals but their former star player made a great play on a foul ball. Yup, Chipper Jones still has it.

Quick hits: Mahomes’ funny explanation… Rangers center wipes out… Wandering Spurrier… And more!

– Patrick Mahomes had a great explanation for why he looked back at a ref while scrambling out of the pocket last week.

– New York Rangers center Lias Andersson wiped out while skating out for player introductions in their season opener at MSG and fans had lots of jokes.

– This video of Steve Spurrier randomly walking into a Florida coaches meeting and drawing up plays is too good.

– Speaking of college football, Michelle Martinelli and Evan Thorpe break down the Heisman race between Jalen Hurts, Tua Tagovailoa and three other players.

– Atlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies was mic’d up for Game 1 and it was pretty great.

– Charles Curtis looks at the best 9 NBA fantasy league team names. Well, the top 9 that we could print.

My picks are steadily improving each week, although I lost two of my three “confident” picks against the spread last week.

As a reminder, each week I’ll add an *asterisk next to my ATS picks that I’m extremely confident in. The rest are basically guesses.

All betting lines come from Bovada as of Thursday morning unless otherwise noted.

The Patriots may not be the Pats of old, but they’re still the Pats led by Tom Brady. This should be a win for New England, although a short week on the road makes it tough to take them with a huge lead.

Pick, straight up: Patriots
Pick, against the spread: Buccaneers

Yikes. This is not a fun matchup. San Francisco barely lost to Arizona last week while the Colts were demolished by Seattle.

I honestly have no idea who to go with here, but my gut tells me to take the home team with a small lead.

Pick, SU: Colts
Pick, ATS: Colts

Another rough matchup. The Jets actually look okay with wins over the past two weeks, while Cleveland is… Cleveland. With such a small spread, I’ll take New York

Pick, SU: Jets
Pick, ATS: Jets

After Jacksonville lost to the Jets and Pittsburgh laid the hammer down on Baltimore, I have faith that this Steelers team is back on track.

Pick, SU: Steelers
Pick, ATS: Steelers

At least one of these teams has to win, right? Unless it’s a tie… that’d be ridiculous.

Neither of these teams should be 0-4, but I feel like the Chargers have slightly been better. I’ll probably regret this but I’ll take the underdogs.

Pick, SU: Chargers
Pick, ATS: Chargers

The Bengals have been rolling on offense but face a stout defense against Buffalo. I feel like I’ve been underestimating the Bills over the past few weeks so I’ll give them the edge.

Pick, SU: Bills
Pick, ATS: Bills*

The Lions would be undefeated if not for just one play. Plus Cam Newton is dealing with all kinds of off-field crap right now which could be a distraction. Lions got this.

Pick, SU: Lions
Pick, ATS: Lions*

I put a ton of faith in the Titans last week only for them to be destroyed by Houston. The problem is Miami was destroyed as well. Shut out by the Saints. Even if Matt Cassel is the starter, I’ll take Tennessee with the close win.

Pick, SU: Titans
Pick, ATS: Titans

I don’t see a way for Arizona to beat Philly this week. It’s that simple.

Pick, SU: Eagles
Pick, ATS: Eagles*

I don’t think Baltimore’s putrid offense can keep up with Oakland, even with E.J. Manuel starting while Derek Carr is out.

Pick, SU: Raiders
Pick, ATS: Raiders

Congrats, Seattle! You defeated a terrible Colts team. The Rams are much better than the bad teams you’ve defeated, though.

Pick, SU: Rams
Pick, ATS: Rams

This is a tough one. Both are good teams with great potential. Aaron Rodgers is coming off a long week, while Dallas is coming off a tough loss. In this situation my gut tells me to go with the better quarterback.

Pick, SU: Packers
Pick, ATS: Packers

Nfl Week 5 Gambling Picks

Our detailed picks on this game come Saturday. For now I’ll say I’m taking Kansas City by a small margin.

Pick, SU: Chiefs
Pick, ATS: Chiefs

Las Vegas Nfl Picks Week 5 2018

Things are looking good for Sam Bradford to play Monday. Either way the Vikings are talented enough to get the win here.
